Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At Peak Physique Academy, we strive to provide high-quality, structured, and educational fitness classes to all members. Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Class Bookings & Cancellations

All class bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

If Peak Physique Academy cancels a class for any reason, a full refund or credit for a future session will be offered.

If a participant experiences a medical emergency that prevents attendance, a refund or reschedule may be granted upon submission of valid medical documentation.
3. Personal Training Services

Personal Training (PT) services are billed monthly and are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Clients may upgrade or downgrade their PT package with at least two weeks' notice before their next billing cycle.

Sessions canceled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
4. Pay-As-You-Go & Package Plans

Pay-as-you-go classes and package plans are non-refundable once purchased.

Package plans may be adjusted or canceled with two weeks' notice, but no partial refunds will be given for unused sessions.
5. PR Party & Special Events

PR Party events and special workshops require advance booking. Refunds are only provided if Peak Physique Academy cancels the event.

If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their spot to another eligible attendee with prior approval.
6. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in our classes, PT services, or events, you acknowledge that Peak Physique Academy is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from participation in or outside of our involvement. It is the participant’s responsibility to train safely and follow professional guidance.
